Environmental estrogens and their impact on health is a major concern for those of us that are aware. Come and learn how they are affecting your endocrine system and hormone health, and what you can do about it. A general overview of the endocrine system, diets and their effects on hormones will be discussed. The concerns women have such as fertility, lack of, or heavy cycle, breast health and menopause will be discussed, Male specific issues such as prostate health and ED will also be addressed. Dietary protocols and herbs will be targeted in this relaxed learning environment. Everyone eats; find out what effect their food has on their health and what they can change to correct it.
