This class details the Standard American Diet (SAD) and its direct relationship to today's health issues such as adrenal fatigue, insulin
resistance, cholesterol, and obesity. Environmental estrogens and their impact on health is a major concern for those of us that are aware.
Come and learn how they are affecting your endocrine system and hormone health, and what you can do about it. A general overview of the
endocrine system, diets and their effects on hormones will be discussed. The concerns women have such as fertility, lack of, or heavy
cycle, breast health and menopause will be discussed, Male specific issues such as prostate health and ED will also be addressed. Dietary
protocols and herbs will be targeted in this relaxed learning environment. Everyone eats; find out what effect their food has on their

This is a capstone class that meets the annual continuing education requirement to maintain your Certified Natural Health Professional
designation. However this is a standalone seminar, with the only prerequisite for the course being an interest in improved health.
Completion of the CNHP certification program is not required to attend.
